2. Can I bring personal food and/or drink?
Outside food or drink including alcohol is prohibited. We have concessions available to guests at most if not all events.
3. Is there reentry?
There is no reentry for our events.
4. How do I find my tickets?
Once you purchase tickets online, you will receive an email with tickets attached. If you purchase from the box office, you will receive a physical copy of the tickets.
5. Where can I park for my event?
Parking at Berglund center will require a $10 advance parking pass. You can purchase your parking in advance online until the day of the show. If you choose not to purchase in advance, based on availability, parking can be purchased in the lot entry for $10 cash only. For elmwood park events, there is public parking in parking garages.
6. How do I contact the Box Office?

7. When Should we Arrive for the Show/Event?
We recommend you allow for traffic, parking and any unexpected delays you may encounter so try to arrive at least one hour prior to showtime.
8. Are there hotels near Berglund Center?
Yes, there is lodging located in downtown Roanoke and surrounding areas. Liberty Trust is a great option for lodging downtown.
9. Can I refund/exchange my ticket?
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges are given, *except in the case of an event cancellation or reschedule*
10. Can I bring my child in for free?
If your child is over the age of two, they are required to have a ticket.
