Screamiverse Expo is a horror, sci-fi, and arts convention taking place at the Berglund Center in Roanoke, VA on April 18-19 2026. We will feature vendors, special guests, panels, film fest, tattooing & piercing, and more!

Step into the world of Tarot and awaken the wisdom already awaiting within you. In this immersive, hands-on workshop, you'll explore the sacred language of the cards through guided intuition, symbolic discovery, and gentle practice. Learn to interpret the Major and Minor Arcana, not only by meaning, but by feeling -- letting your inner voice lead the way.
You'll receive easy-to-use handouts that reveal the essence of each card, supporting your journey as you deepen your connection to the deck. Throughout the class, you'll practice pulling cards, reading spreads, and trusting your intuitive impressions in a supportive, magical space.
Each participant receives their own Tarot deck to work with during class and to take home, becoming a companion for personal insight, ritual, and reflection well beyond the workshop.
Awaken your inner reader. The cards are ready to speak -- Are you ready to listen?
No materials needed from participants, although they are welcome to bring paper to take notes.

Think horror movies are scary? Try investigating one in real life. Join veteran Crime Scene Investigator Rebekah Hollingsworth as she takes horror off the screen and into reality. In this up-close look at her work, you’ll walk through an actual crime scene and explore the gruesome, shocking, and sometimes bizarre details that CSI teams face every day. If you love horror, true crime, or just want to know what really happens when the scene is sealed off and the gloves go on—this is an experience you won’t want to miss.

We’ll break down common myths, surprising truths, and the small details that speak louder than any ghost story. Whether you’re a writer, a horror fan, or just fascinated by the macabre side of science, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the stories the dead can tell, if you know how to listen.

You'll learn how to thoughtfully combine these elements, each chosen for their unique properties, to align with your specific intentions. The session will guide you through the process of sealing your jar with wax, ensuring your intentions are securely bound. This hands-on experience offers a meaningful way to connect with your personal goals and the magical arts.
