About TacoRitas! Celebrate with us on Cinco de Mayo, with live Latin music, salsa dancing, margaritas, and of course….TACOS from your favorite local Roanoke restaurants and food trucks! Choose a variety of experiences, from the ultimate VIP Package to a Margarita Tastings ticket. This year, our Zona para Niños (Kids Zone) will return with activities centered on family fun!

The vibrant and festive atmosphere will see even more fun this year with having the Festival at Berglund Center; allowing the festival to be indoors in the event of rain. With the success of its 2nd year, Taco ‘Ritas has become a must-attend celebration, promising an even BIGGER celebration this year with more vendors, bigger stage, and the best news yet – BIGGER MARGARITAS! Get ready to savor the flavors, feel the fiesta, and join us in making Taco ‘Ritas 2025 an unforgettable celebration of Cinco de Mayo!

Saturday, December 21 is our Eighth Annual Teddy Bear Toss sponsored by Gillespie Allstate Agencies with K92.3! Fans are asked to bring in new teddy bears as a donation. Once the Dawgs score their first goal of the game, we’ll let those teddies fly onto the ice! Bears are donated to local charities afterwards. Dawgs will be wearing special jerseys that will be auctioned after the game. The matchup is Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs against the Birmingham Bulls. Gates open at 6:00 and puck drops at 7:05… We’ll see ya there!

If you like bumper cars, come experience the thrill of driving them on ice! With the ability to spin 360 degrees, it is a safe and fun way to provide excitement and entertainment for the whole family! Slide, spin, and bump your family and send them twirling around the ice. Their controls are like playing a video game only you’re in it, and you can choose to zoom around the ice, smash into other cars in true bumper form, or simply sit and spin in circles!

We’re throwing it back to the 2000’s! Friday, December 27 is Y2K Night. Bring your friends & family and we’ll bring the vibes. The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs take on the Huntsville Havoc. Gates open at 6:00 pick drops at 7:05… We’ll see ya there!
